Paltalk will resell Vonage Holdings Corp.’s voice-over-Internet-protocol service to its subscriber base within the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom under terms of a deal announced Thursday.

Instant-chat community Paltalk has more than 3.5 million active members, and its “Paltalk Messenger” allows members to administer their own voice and video conferences and instant message on Microsoft Corp.’s MSN, America Online Inc., Yahoo! Inc. and ICQ.

Vonage said it will offer Paltalk subscribers flat-rate residential-calling plans starting at $14.99 per month in the United States, $C19.99 in Canada and £9.99 in the United Kingdom.
