Internet voice provider Vonage Holdings signed a two-year agreement with telecommunications-outsourcing firm VoIP Inc. for certain network services.

VoIP Inc. said its VoiceOne subsidiary -- which provides direct interconnection facilities with multiple carriers -- will provide services to Vonage’s domestic customer base. The company added that the deal will generate recurring monthly revenue but did not disclose the value of the contract.

VoIP Inc., based in Orlando, Fla., provides voice-over-Internet-protocol communications services to cable operators, telephone companies, resellers and consumers.
