9/04/2001 7:21 AM Eastern

The Family Friendly Programming Forum named Unilever United States Inc. vice
president of media services Brad Simmons co-chair Tuesday.

Simmons succeeds Bob Wehling, who recently retired as The Procter &
Gamble Co.'s global marketing officer.

Advertising vice president Andrea Alstrup remains the forum's other
co-chair.

In addition, the organization announced the formation of a seven-person
executive committee that will 'help to guide its future activities.' Besides
Alstrup and Simmons, the committee will include Pfizer Inc.'s Kaki Hinton,
Sears, Roebuck & Co.'s David Selby, P&G's Jim Stengel, Magna Global
USA's Bill Cella and MindShare Worldwide's Marc Goldstein. The latter two are
ad-agency executives.

The forum, an offshoot of the Association of National Advertisers, has 44
member companies, all ANA members.
