The Cable and Telecommunications Human Resources Association announced a roster addition for its “Putting the Best to Work Symposium” Oct. 19 in New York.
William Arnone, a partner in the human-capital practice of Ernst & Young LLP, will give a presentation titled “Broadening Your View of Human Resources Risk Management,” which will focus on critical human-capital issues and their impact within an organization.
Arnone will also discuss work-force planning, IRS large-benefit-plan audits, ERISA (Employee Retirement Income Security Act) plans and how to balance employee benefits with rising costs.
