Suddenlink Calls On Neustar

Suddenlink has picked Neustar to provide order management systems in support of the operator’s digital voice transition.

Under the multi-year deal, Neustar said it will deliver a workflow solution and service to support the order management and provisioning of new and existing subscribers on Suddenlink’s voice network. Specific components of the workflow platform for Suddenlink include pre-validation (validating order prior to submission to downstream systems), number portability, caller ID/caller name services, and enhanced 911.

Suddenlink has also tapped Neustar to help with deployment and implementation activities and to manage the migration of all of its existing voice subscriber base from their current partner's network onto their own.  Suddenlink ended the third quarter with 503,700 residential phone subscribers.

"We are confident that we've selected a partner who will not only provide a proven, reliable solution, but who can serve as a trusted advisor as we expand the scope of services for our customers." Terry Cordova, Suddenlink CTO, said.
