Time Warner Inc. will pay about $750 million to resolve investigations of its America Online Inc. unit by the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Justice, the Washington Post reported Tuesday.
However, the probes by the two agencies into accounting irregularities have not been completed, according to the newspaper.
Time Warner had announced earlier this month that it established a $500 million legal reserve tied to the ongoing investigations.
