Fox Sports Net’s Sunday Night Fights returns March 14 at 5 p.m. EST with a replay of a welterweight-championship bout between Corey Spinks and Ricardo Mayorga, the network said Tuesday.
The Spinks-Mayorga bout was part of Don King’s "Night of the Undisputed," held Dec. 13 in Atlantic City, N.J.
Former ESPN boxing analyst Max Kellerman is also joining the announcing team for Sunday Night Fights this summer.
In related news, Fox Sports en Español will debut TUZOCCER - El Mundo de Pachuca (the World of Pachuca), a new weekly show about Mexico’s oldest professional soccer club, Friday at 9 p.m. EST, the network said Tuesday.
The hour-long show will focus on the Pachuca first-division team, the defending champions of the Mexican League, featuring exclusive interviews with star players such as forward Claudinho and midfielder Manuel Vidrio, as well as with the team’s coaching staff.
"As one of the most historic and successful soccer clubs in Mexico, Pachuca has a legion of devoted followers in the United States," Fox Sports en Español general manager David Sternberg said in a prepared statement. "We are looking forward to satisfying their passionate interest in the team with the launch of TUZOCCER."
Club Pachuca was founded in 1901 as the first organized soccer club in Mexico.
