OWN’s Lindsay Lohan Series Debuts With Nearly 700,000 Viewers

OWN’s well publicized premiere of its original docu-series starring Lindsay Lohan drew a modest 693,000 viewers in its Sunday premiere.

The first episode of the eight-episode Lindsay series posted triple-digit increases in total viewers, women 25-54 and women 18-49 versus the prior six-week time period average, according to network officials.  The show’s .56 rating among women 25-54 marked the network’s highest rating in the Sunday 10 p.m. time slot over the past 27 weeks within the demo.

Still, the series premiere fell short of other high-profile OWN docu-series debuts, including the May 2013 debut of Life with LaToya featuring LaToya Jackson, which drew 1.2 million viewers.
