6/07/2004 8:46 AM Eastern

MTV: Music Television announced several pilot projects Monday, many with big-name stars involved.

The network is aiming to fortify its “Ten Spot” and “Sunday Stew” programming blocks.

MTV’s new pilots are:

Trippin: Cameron Diaz and a group of friends -- including Drew Barrymore, Derrick Watkins (Farnsworth Bentley) and pro skateboarder Eric Costin -- travel to Chile to uncover adventure and highlight environmental issues without the aid of four-star hotels or indoor plumbing.

Granted: A reality series starring Frankie Muniz, who will surprise unsuspecting viewers, solve their problems, jump-start their fantasies and help to them live out their dreams.

Borrow My Crew: Starring Bentley, P Diddy’s “former umbrella-wielding arbiter of style and conduit to the upper crust,” this reality-based, semi-comic program features popular celebrities lending their professional entourages to viewers facing everyday obstacles or ambitions.

Show and Go: Hosted by Wilmer Valderrama (That 70s Show), this reality drama/competition series takes the glamour and excitement of street racing into a safe and legal environment while maintaining the integrity of the lifestyle.

Who Wants to Be a Superhero?: Eight comic-book fans -- dressed up as their own original comic-book heroes -- compete against each other in games and challenges that transform their comic-book fantasies into real-life situations.

Dedicated: Hosted by Omarion, each show will feature three to four music-video dedications shown as mini-reality bios that tell the stories behind them.

Kappa Mikey: When unemployed New York actor Mikey Simon is recruited to join the cast of LilyMu, formerly Japan’s hottest TV-anime series, his co-stars can tell right away that he’s the wrong guy for the job, but the viewers disagree.

House Arrest: From MTV’s news and documentaries group, each episode features a different celebrity traveling home to spend not only one week with their parents, but also to follow their rules and guidelines.

Zombie Chronicles: Developing a horror-themed series with Rob Zombie.

Power Girls (working title): A reality show exploring the life of a team of young publicists, led by Lizzie Grubman and her public-relations company, which controls much of the trendy nightlife in Manhattan, the Hamptons and Miami.
