Michael Madsen will join the cast of ESPN’s upcoming poker-themed dramatic series, Tilt, the network said Thursday.

The series, set at the fictitious World Poker Championships in Las Vegas, is set to debut Thursday, Jan. 13 at 9 p.m. (EST).

Madsen (Kill Bill Volumes 1 and 2, Reservoir Dogs) will play Don Everest (The Matador), the top player and most influential man in Las Vegas gaming.

The Tilt cast also includes Eddie Cibrian (Third Watch, SunsetBeach) and Chris Bauer (Third Watch, The Wire).

The executive producer of Tilt is Orly Adelson of Orly Adelson Productions, who performed the same duties for ESPN TV movie The Junction Boys and dramatic series Playmakers.
