VH1 announced Thursday that Gladys Knight, Ashanti and Eve have been added to its VH1 Divas roster.
They join Patti Labelle, Jessica Simpson, Deborah Harry, Cyndi Lauper and Joss Stone.
The special will air live from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas Sunday, April 18 at 9 p.m. EST.
The Divas specials raise funds for the "VH1 Save the Music Foundation," a nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring instrumental-music programs in America's public schools and to raising awareness of the positive impact music participation has on students.
Since the foundation was created in 1997, more than $25 million worth of musical instruments have been donated to 1,000 public schools in 80 cities, VH1 said.
