Hallmark Sweeps on the ‘Case’ at CTAM

Hallmark Channel’s “Hollywood Holiday Sweepstakes” promotion won first place in the Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing’s “2004 Retail Case Study Competition,” the network said Monday.

The partnership between the cable network and the 4,300 U.S. Hallmark Gold Crown stores ran Nov. 1-Dec. 24, 2003, and highlighted holiday-themed Hallmark Channel Original Movies with program elements including off-air national advertising, customized retail touch points and on-air cross promotional spots.
