Crackle Renews Original Series 'Cleaners,' 'Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee'

Over The Top service Crackle will continue to push its original content offerings, adding season renewals to scripted drama series Cleaners and reality series Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee, officials announced Sunday during the Television Critics Association tour here.

The Sony Pictures Television-owned streaming service has greenlit a sophomore season of its action series Cleaners, starring Emmanuelle Chriqui (Entourage), Emily Osment (Hannah Montana), David Arquette (Scream), and Gina Gershon (Rescue Me). The network has also added a fourth season to its popular reality series Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee, starring Jerry Seinfeld.

Crackle’s most watched original series, Cleaners, will add actress Rose McGowan (Charmed) to its cast for the third season of the scripted drama series, said Eric Berger, executive vice president of digital networks at Sony Pictures Television and Crackle general manager.
