Condista to Push HITN-TV’s Distribution

4/27/2004 6:58 AM Eastern

Hispanic educational network HITN-TV has signed an affiliate-sales agreement with Spanish-language programming aggregator Condista, officials said Tuesday.

Under the agreement, Condista, with offices in Miami and Los Angeles, will complement HITN-TV’s current affiliate-sales force.

HITN-TV, based in New York, is currently carried by EchoStar Communications Corp. and Time Warner Cable.

Condista provides direct contractual relationships between U.S. distributors and Spanish-language networks such as Cine Latino, Canal 24 Horas, CNC Colombia and Mundovision. The company also represents domestic distribution for all-soccer channel Go TV, which is available in both Spanish and English.
