Comedy’s Daily Show to Welcome Clinton

Former President Bill Clinton will appear on Comedy Central’s The Daily Show with Jon Stewart for the first time ever Monday at 11 p.m.

Other big-name politicians who have appeared on the series include former Vice President Al Gore, Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-N.Y.), Sen. Joseph Lieberman (D-Conn.), Sen. John Edwards (D-N.C.), Sen. Joe Biden (D-Del.), former Sen. Bob Kerrey (D-Neb.), Sen. Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.), Sen. Arlen Specter (R-Pa.), Rep. Dick Gephardt (D-Mo.), 2000 Green Party presidential nominee Ralph Nader, New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg and former Sen. and 1996 Republican presidential nominee Bob Dole.

Dole also served as guest political commentator for The Daily Show’s "Indecision 2000" election coverage.
