Cable Positive Catches a Fox

4/18/2005 6:05 AM Eastern

Vivica A. Fox will host “Carole Positive! An Evening to Benefit Cable Positive,” the cable and telecommunications industry’s national nonprofit AIDS-action organization said Monday.

The event is in honor of Carole Black, former Lifetime Entertainment Services CEO, and Lifetime Television, which will receive the “2005 Joel A. Berger Memorial Award” for outstanding contribution in the fight against HIV/AIDS.

Fox, who stars in Lifetime drama Missing, will be joined by comedian Lewis Black, who is scheduled to perform.

Carole Positive! will be held May 10 at The Marriott Marquis in New York.
