Buckeye Adds FEARnet In Digital Basic

FEARnet, the horror and thriller network, said it signed a new multi-year distribution agreement with Buckeye CableSystem. Starting today, FEARnet will be available to subscribers as part of Buckeye’s Digital Basic package, in HD and SD, and through Buckeye’s TV Everywhere platform. Buckeye serves customers in Toledo, Ohio, and the surrounding areas along Lake Erie between Toledo and Cleveland.

“Ohio is home to some of the largest and most popular genre conventions in the country,” Mike Severino, FEARnet’s vice president of affiliate sales, said in a release. “We’re thrilled that Buckeye customers and fans there can now experience our network firsthand.”

FEARnet programming in January includes several premieres and marathons, including on Sunday, Jan. 12, the movie Moon, starring Sam Rockwell as a lonely astronaut who finds he is not alone.
