BBC America To Launch Dual Feed On April 26

Beginning next month, BBC America will telecast via a dual feed, unifying its programming times.
Starting on April 26, BBC America will broadcast through a dual feed, enabling it to schedule programming at the same time on both coasts, according to Kristina Song, senior vice president, network sales and distribution strategy.
The news comes as BBC America has increased its subscriber base to more than 67 million households, according to Nielsen data.
"We're passionate about making sure BBC America meets the needs of its viewers, distributors and advertisers," said Chris Carr, COO channels, BBC Worldwide in a statement. "Launching a dual feed is the next step in this process and will allow us to better serve viewers and distributors in Mountain and West Coast time zones."
