Centennial Communications Corp. completed the sale of its 74,000-subscriber Centennial Puerto Rico Cable TV Corp. subsidiary to an affiliate of Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst Inc. for about $155 million in cash, completing a deal that was originally announced in September.
The cable systems pass about 300,000 homes in southern and western Puerto Rico.
