Mid-America Cable Offers Scholarship

The Mid-America Cable Association would like to get the word out about an industry-specific college scholarship offer open to cable industry employees, their spouses and children in the association's region: Arkansas, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Texas. The Weary Scholarship is funded by the late cable pioneer Robert Weary (pictured).

An application form is available online or as a download, and must be received in the cable association's office no later than Monday, June 16.

The mailing address is Mid-America Weary Scholarship Foundation Inc., PO Box 8675, Prairie Village, NS, 66208. The email address is info@midamericacable.tv. The Web address is www.midamericacable.tv/awards-scholarship-programs-weary-scholarship.
